Reviewer Ethics

The Journal of Integrative Bioscience Research (JIBR) expects all reviewers to uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality throughout the peer-review process.

Reviewers must:

• Conduct reviews objectively, fairly, and without bias.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all manuscripts and review materials.
• Decline review invitations if a conflict of interest exists.
• Evaluate manuscripts solely on their scientific quality, originality, and relevance.
• Provide constructive, respectful, and evidence-based comments.
• Report any suspected plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, or other ethical concerns to the Editorial Office.
• Complete reviews within the agreed review period or promptly notify the editors if unable to do so.
• Refrain from using unpublished information for personal, academic, or commercial benefit.
• Respect the journal's double-blind peer-review process and avoid attempting to identify or contact the authors.

Failure to comply with these ethical standards may result in removal from the journal's reviewer database. JIBR follows the principles and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
